Nine sections on one company, ending in the analyst's view. Every money figure and percentage is checked against the evidence before it's delivered.

A real report shape on NVIDIA's FY2026 10-K: the figures come from the filing, and each section carries its sources.

Built section by section, from evidence.

Six sections from the filings.

Business and segments, what changed against the prior annual report, competition, a forensic read, regulator correspondence, and customer concentration with the insider record. Each is written only from the evidence gathered for it, and a section with too little evidence is left out rather than padded.

  • Thin evidence = no section

Then the judgement, built on those.

The bear case — what would have to be true for it to go wrong — questions worth putting to management, and the analyst's view. These are built only from the sections above, so no new fact appears at the end that you can't trace back.

Checked before it reaches you.

Every money figure and percentage in the report is checked against the evidence it was written from. The report reads the business, never the share price: no price targets, no buy or sell calls. Facts and research, not advice.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is a Deep Research report different from a Research Brief?

A brief is the short first-day read that already exists for a company. A Deep Research report is written when you ask for it, goes much further — nine sections including competition, a forensic read, regulator letters and the bear case.

How many reports do I get?

Core includes two reports a month, Pro ten, and Enterprise forty per seat. Every free trial includes one, so you can judge a report for yourself.

Can a report be wrong?

Every money figure and percentage is checked against the evidence before the report is delivered, and every section shows its sources so you can check the rest. Like any written analysis it can still miss things, which is why the sources sit next to the text. For research only; not investment advice.

Which companies can I run it on?

Companies that file annual reports with the SEC: 10-Ks from US companies and 20-Fs from foreign issuers listed in the US.
