Legal
Terms of Service
Effective: Last updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of AnalystBook. By using the service you agree to them. We may refine these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be communicated to active customers. (We are finalising the full legal terms with counsel — the core protections and disclaimers below apply in the meantime.)
What this service is
AnalystBook is a research workspace for SEC filings. You use it to track filings, governance, ownership, and financials for the public companies you choose to follow, and to write your own private notes alongside that data.
Not investment advice
Nothing on AnalystBook is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. AnalystBook is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalised financial advice. Everything here is general information for research purposes only — it does not take account of your personal objectives or circumstances. Consider speaking with a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decision. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.
Where the data comes from, and its accuracy
AnalystBook's data is derived from public filings (primarily SEC EDGAR) and other third-party sources. While we work to present it faithfully, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or free of errors, and some data may be delayed. Every figure links back to its source filing — always verify anything material against the original document before relying on it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use AnalystBook for personal or internal research. You will not redistribute the data, scrape the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service to harass, harm, or compete against AnalystBook itself.
Account and billing
AnalystBook is a paid service after a 14-day trial. The full subscription terms — pricing, billing cycle, cancellation, refunds — will be detailed before launch. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund specifics.
Limitation of liability
AnalystBook is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnalystBook is not liable for any losses — financial, business, or otherwise — arising from your use of the service or reliance on the data presented.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of AnalystBook, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform matures. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers, and the effective date above will be revised.
