Business
MetLife is one of the world's largest life insurers and employee benefits providers, selling insurance, annuities, employee benefits and asset management in the U.S., Asia, Latin America and EMEA. It reports six segments: Group Benefits, Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS), Asia, Latin America, EMEA and MetLife Investment Management (MIM), which became a reportable segment in a fourth-quarter 2025 reorganization and closed the PineBridge Investments acquisition on December 30, 2025.
