IREN (formerly Iris Energy) owns the land, power, data centers, GPUs and software it rents to AI customers, and still mines Bitcoin in the capacity it has not yet converted. For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, Bitcoin mining was $578.2M of $707.0M revenue (82%), and all of it came through three mining pool operators. AI Cloud was $128.8M (18%), from about 40MW of operating AI capacity against about 380MW still mining. The company aims to substantially complete the move out of mining by December 31, 2026.
